Our Research Center

Our laboratory focused on a large amount of human genome sequence data (whole genome, exome, miRNAseq and RNA-seq) by using next-generation sequencers and indicated genomic information to clarify the relationship between genetic alteration and cancer, human diseases, and drug response. We also established transcriptome database in mechanical dynamic cell culture system and dedicate in cancer genome sequencing profiles to obtain a comprehensive description of biomimetic cancer model.

Dr. Yi-Chiung Hsu, is currently an associate professor at the Department of Biomedical Sciences & Engineering.
